At J&S Homecare, we always welcome consultations to ensure a comfortable daily life for seniors and their families. Please feel free to ask us about service details, application procedures, fees, welfare benefits, or any other questions you may have.

General information

You will generally need an ID, Medicaid or SSI/SSA documents, and proof of income. Additional documents may be required depending on your situation, and we assist with preparation and submission.

We offer a variety of care and daily living support services, including meal preparation, laundry and cleaning, bathing and hygiene care, hospital appointments and accompaniment, interpretation, and welfare benefit applications.

Yes. J&S Homecare provides customized care for patients with severe conditions, dementia, or mobility difficulties. A professional caregiver is assigned to ensure safe and attentive care.

After consultation and document verification, services can begin within 3–5 days. However, if government approval is required, the timeline may take a little longer.

If you feel uncomfortable at any time, you may request adjustments, including a caregiver change. Your comfort and satisfaction are our highest priorities.

Yes. We have caregivers who speak Korean, English, and are bilingual. Interpretation support is also available during hospital or institutional visits.

Yes. We assist with document preparation and application procedures for new applications and renewals. Detailed consultations are available for Medicaid, SSI/SSA, Food Stamps, and more.
